You have the right to withdraw from your purchase, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, within 14 working days from the day you received the products.

For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the products must be:
Intact and unused;
Kept in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
We do not accept returns of damaged, used, or altered items (for example, broken bottles, used sticks, or modified contents). Products returned incomplete, spoiled, or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility will not be refunded and will not give the right to a credit. The entire return process is managed by Calicantus S.r.l., which will receive and inspect the product. Only after confirming integrity and compliance will the refund be processed.

Note: Cash on delivery or freight collect shipments will not be accepted.
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to a supplier error or a wrong or defective product, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return.
Please note that it may take an additional 5–7 working days for the bank or payment provider to process the credit.
