Reservation and Purchase
To purchase products from the e-shop online, the Customer must access the dedicated area of the website. Each product for sale is accompanied by a photo, a description, and a price, which may vary depending on the destination country. Within the e-shop, customers can select and reserve the individual products offered. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm, after selecting any available variants. In this way, the products are added to the virtual shopping cart. Customers can add, remove, or confirm all reservations made up to that point.
To confirm the order, the Customer may proceed in the following ways:
The purchase will be considered finalized for Calicantus S.r.l. only when the order is confirmed by the company via email or fax through the “VS order confirmation” form. The confirmation is sent within a maximum of 2 working days from receipt of the order. Calicantus S.r.l. may, at its discretion, refuse the order if the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or misleading (e.g., incorrect or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing information, incorrect or incomplete shipping address), or if there are errors on the Website regarding the ordered Products (e.g., errors in price, availability, or product description). Information related to the Catalog is as accurate and up-to-date as possible; however, all content on the Website should not be considered a binding representation or statement regarding the Products. All images, descriptions, and illustrations are for indicative purposes only and, as colors depend on the monitor used, they may differ from those of the delivered Products.
2. Product Availability and Sale Price
For each item, the unit sale price is indicated in the specified currency, including VAT (Value Added Tax) and excluding shipping costs. Shipping charges may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, their volume, weight, and destination; these will be shown during the purchase process and on the “VS order confirmation” form. All products listed in the e-shop are available in stock. In the event of unforeseen delays in product delivery, the Customer will be promptly informed via email, as will any temporary unavailability of one or more products. Calicantus S.r.l. ships to all countries specified during registration. However, there may be cases where customs issues prevent the delivery of the ordered products. In such cases, the Customer will be promptly informed via email and subsequently refunded.
3. Payment Methods
For payment of purchases, the Customer can use the following methods:
A. Credit cards from the following networks: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, and any others available through the ADYEN network;
B. PAYPAL.

4. Delivery of Goods and Shipping Costs
All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l. will be shipped via Express Courier (domestic and international) to the delivery address provided by the Customer. A shipping fee will apply, which will be indicated during the purchase process and on the “VS order confirmation” form, depending on the destination country of the order. As a reference, shipping costs vary according to weight/volume, with a standard minimum shipping fee of €8 for Italy and €15 for abroad. Interchem Italia and its eShop partner Calicantus reserve the right to apply discounted shipping conditions or waive shipping fees for Italy and abroad, with the offer conditions communicated in advance on the website. Products will be shipped only after payment of the order amount has been properly registered and confirmed by Calicantus S.r.l. Products shipped within Italy are generally delivered within 1–3 business days from shipment; products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 3–4 business days from shipment. For shipments outside the EU, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days from shipment. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Any deviations from the above will be promptly communicated to the Customer via email.
5. Import Taxes and Customs Duties
Products sold are not subject to any import taxes or customs duties if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the type of product and the destination country. It is not possible to predict if or what costs may be incurred for customs clearance. For more information, customers can contact the customs office in their country. In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be the responsibility of the Customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has a right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005), which can be exercised without providing any justification, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items. The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the above period via the contact form. Shipping costs for returning the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, items must be returned intact, in their original packaging and in perfect condition, and after prior agreement with Calicantus S.r.l. The goods must be shipped back using insured postage, freight prepaid, to:

No parcels shipped cash on delivery or with freight collect will be accepted by Calicantus S.r.l. The refund of the invoiced price for returned items will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return. Items returned incomplete, damaged, spoiled, or soiled due to the Customer’s fault will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, give rise to a credit equal to the original price of the ordered item. If the return is due to an error by Calicantus S.r.l., shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.
7. Applicable Law
All concluded contracts are deemed to be finalized in Italy and are governed by Italian law.
